In India, we believe “Atithi Devo Bhava”—our guests are like God. Growing up, I watched my parents welcome guests with warmth, care, and generosity. They would clean the house meticulously, bring out their finest china, and prepare delicious meals. My father would even drop guests off at the train station, sometimes covering their fare, just to ensure they felt cherished.

Years later, when I came to Arkansas for medical treatment, I experienced the same selfless hospitality from Brent’s family. Their kindness made me fall in love with them, just as my gratitude made them love me in return.

When I started my furnished rental business, I knew I wanted to uphold these same values of warmth, comfort, and care. Our mission at Avaassa is to create beautifully designed, welcoming spaces where guests feel at home, even when they’re far from their own.

The name Avaassa is inspired by the Hindi word “Aawaas”, meaning home—a place of warmth and belonging. Whether you’re traveling for work or leisure, we hope to offer you not just a stay, but a home away from home.
